MONOTEK® flooring systems are exclusively applied by D.P.J. Coating Systems Pty Ltd – Australia-wide. We specialise in supplying complete applied flooring solutions to the food production/packaging (eg. Bakeries, dairies, meat & smallgoods processing, plastics manufacturers, etc..), & the leisure/hospitality industries (aquatic centres, restaurants & hotels). MONOTEK® flooring systems provide rapid setting (one (1) hour fully cured), flexible, seamless (joint-free), hygienic and anti-slip (safety flooring) flooring that has broad range chemical, impact & abrasion resistance. MONOTEK® can be applied over concrete, ceramic tiles and other sound existing coatings, and will resurface badly damaged or eroded concrete areas. MONOTEK® flooring systems can be formed into wall/floor coving systems and wall-coating systems are available. Over 300,000 m2 of our MONOTEK® flooring systems have been applied throughout Australia since 1977, so obviously given the choices in applied flooring systems available to industry, our success is due to many factors including our ability to finish large projects on time, and the extreme versatility, durability and complete range of MONOTEK® MMA based flooring systems as compared to other epoxy, polyester and MMA resin based systems. Another important feature of the MONOTEK® resin system is that it is fully trafficable in only one (1) hour at temperatures as low as minus 30oC, thus it requires less down-time or loss of production to install large areas in any application environment.
